Instruments at Fingertips, Water Quality Verified by Testing" — 2026 National Tour Nanjing Station Successfully Concluded

Instruments at Fingertips, Water Quality Verified by Testing

27 October — The Nanjing stop of the "Instruments at Fingertips" 2026 National Tour & Huaxia

Analytical and Biochemical Instrument Exhibition was held at Buckingham Palace Hotel Nanjing.

TEKANAL brought our flagship water quality testing instruments to the event, gathering practitioners

from water supply & drainage, environmental monitoring and water engineering sectors.

Participants had in-depth discussions focusing on on-site rapid testing, routine laboratory analysis

and instrument selection.

 Exhibition Overview

Visitors were mainly water quality testing users from Jiangsu and surrounding regions, including lab technicians,

technical supervisors and procurement decision-makers. Their core concerns covered three key points:

whether instruments support on-site power-on verification, consumable service life and overall operating cost,

and compliance of testing methods with national standards.

Compared with collecting product brochures, most visitors preferred to run a complete test process including digestion,

colorimetry and result reading on real instruments.

They judge equipment stability and data repeatability through practical tests rather than only comparing

 specification sheets.

 Displayed Instruments

✅ Electrochemical Analyzers (Benchtop / Portable)

Multi-parameter measurement in one unit with smart electrodes for accurate detection.

Matched with dedicated APP software for dual-system operation.

Automatic temperature compensation and auto resolution switching to adapt to various water samples.

✅ Rapid Water Quality Analyzers (Benchtop / Portable)

Capable of dozens of testing parameters, compatible with liquid reagents and prefabricated reagents.

Equipped with high-definition color touchscreen and built-in standard curves for direct data readout,

simple and fast operation.

✅ Pre-treatment & Specialized Analytical Equipment

CODcr Reflux Digester , Automatic Intelligent Distillation Apparatus, Infrared Oil Analyzer ,

Mercury-free Differential Pressure BOD5 Tester, Automatic Flow Injection Analyzer,

Silicate / Phosphate Analyzer, TOCi Total Organic Carbon Analyzer,

covering the full workflow from sample pre-treatment to report output.

✅ Water Quality Rapid Test Reagent Kits

No instrument required. Easy operation with fast results.

Multiple test indicators and measuring ranges available for emergency screening.

 On-site Highlights

???? Live Instrument Testing Area

All units were powered on throughout the exhibition.

Many attendees operated the full testing workflow independently.

Practical testing delivers far more intuitive experience than specification documents.

???? Technical Consultation Area

Most enquiries were not about pricing, but national standard compliance,

consumable replacement cycle and on-site calibration procedures.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which one should I choose, portable or benchtop model?

A: It depends on application scenarios. Portable units are ideal for field inspection and emergency screening.

Benchtop models are suitable for formal report generation and long-term high-frequency laboratory testing.

They are not substitutes; many laboratories deploy both types together.

Q: Are consumables costly?

A: The unit price of reagents is reasonable. The hidden costs mainly come from batch replacement

labor and waste liquid disposal. Total cost evaluation should include all these factors for accurate budgeting.

Q: How is after-sales support arranged if the instrument fails?

A: Users can contact our engineers directly for remote troubleshooting. If factory repair is needed,

the compact instruments are easy to ship, minimizing interruption to your testing work.

 Closing Remarks

The half-day event was short yet rewarding.

Difficulties in instrument selection rarely come from insufficient parameter comparison.

Operation experience, interface usability, testing speed and stable consumable supply

can hardly be evaluated online — these can only be verified by hands-on operation.

We appreciate all industry partners for coming and sharing insights.

Special thanks to the users who brought actual water samples for comparative testing.
