Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) is a critical indicator to evaluate the redox state of water bodies. For river surveys, on-site sampling of wastewater discharge, aquaculture ponds, swimming pool water treatment, field emergency monitoring and other scenarios, it is impractical to transport all water samples back to laboratories. Water sample transportation will alter the redox condition, leading to distorted test results and delayed on-site decision-making. The portable ORP Meter enables sampling and reading directly on site, eliminating the sample delivery process and delivering authentic in-situ water quality data quickly.

TEKANAL PC-304S Portable ORP Meter is engineered for field and on-site water quality testing, addressing common field challenges including harsh outdoor conditions, power supply limits, insufficient protection and cumbersome data logging. This instrument features automatic ORP electrode recognition, intelligent endpoint judgment, data storage and low-battery reminder. Built-in temperature calibration and temperature compensation offset temperature interference on electrode slope to ensure reliable measurement accuracy. It delivers ORP precision of ±0.1mV with a measuring range from -2000.00mV to 2000.00mV.
Backlit screen supports operation in dim field environments, alongside auto power-off function for energy saving. A dedicated APP is available for extended functions. The meter supports dual power supply via AA batteries and Type-C port. The main unit reaches IP67 rating while the electrode is IP68 waterproof, suitable for humid and dusty field working conditions. Optional portable carrying case is available. The device can store up to 999 sets of data, and the mobile APP supports storage of more than 100,000 records for convenient on-site data traceability and sorting.
With rising demands for environmental supervision and on-site water quality inspection, in-situ rapid testing has become an industry necessity. TEKANAL PC-304S Portable ORP Meter combines portability with lab-grade measurement accuracy. It helps practitioners in environmental monitoring, aquaculture and water utilities efficiently complete ORP tests on site and instantly understand the redox status of water bodies.
